On January 28th, 2015, MNCOGI hosted a public discussion on the data policy issues that the Minnesota legislature is and will consider during the 2015 session, including body cameras, license plate readers, and data related to HMO-administered public health care programs. During the discussion, MNCOGI board member Don Gemberling presented MNCOGI’s perspective on these issues. Representatives Peggy Scott (R-Andover) and John Lesch (DFL-St. Paul) also outlined their views on current data issues.
